Just wanted to share today’s editorial in the NY Times regarding the case on global warming before the Supreme Court.  The legal arguments will center on whether or not the federal government has the authority to regulate carbon dioxide emissions, with the Bush administration arguing that it does not.  Thought this a good summary, and definitely something readers of this blog might want to watch closely.

Meanwhile, you can let your Representatives and Senators know that your vote depends on whether or not they are willing to take strong action to curb greenhouse gas emissions,
