Many of us believe, actually more than believe, that we humans are in the process of a huge transition in our earth journey.  Some folks call this threshold moment in evolution "The Great Turning."  We are on the brink of a great transformation in human consciousness.  But we must decide what direction this "turning" will take.

Check out this article in the new issue of Yes Magazine, project of the Positive Futures Network.  Korten is one of our significant thinkers on this threshold moment. What he calls "The Great Turning" will require "The Great Work," a term coined by the monk Thomas Berry, who has inspired many in the religious community to immerse themselves in a new earth spirituality and to take up the challenge of "reinventing the human," as Berry has written.
