Some good news on emissions

Today form Margaret Swedish:  Yesterday, a federal appeals court blocked efforts by the Bush administration to loosen tighter emission standards for coal-fired power plants, saying that the changes violated the Clean Air Act.  The court sided with 14 states that filed suit complaining that attempts to loosen standards set by Congress under the act were illegal [...]
